You introduce us. We engage your buyer alongside the development and concierge process they’re already in. You stay in the loop on the cadence you prefer — and your buyer arrives on move-in day to a complete home, on your recommendation.
No. The relationship stays with you. We’re a service your buyer uses; we’re not a competing advisor. Many of our agent relationships span multiple buyers over multiple years because the move-in moment becomes their next referral.
No commission on services in our typical agent referral. We offer formal partnership structures for brokerages with consistent referral volume — those are discussed on a per-relationship basis.
Often we’re already engaged with the development. We slot in cleanly. If we’re not yet engaged, we can introduce ourselves to the developer with your buyer in mind — or work alongside your buyer through their own selection process, whichever is appropriate.
