Reverie3D white-glove install in a luxury home — what 2 to 5 days actually looks like

A 2-to-5-day full-home install isn't magic. It's choreography. Behind every Reverie3D post-closing delivery is a playbook that's been refined across hundreds of homes — staging windows, logistics partners, on-site sequencing, styling passes, and a final inspection before keys turn.

Before the install: the pre-arrival window.

Two-to-three weeks before move-in, all furnishings arrive at our regional staging facility — consolidated, inspected, and quality-checked. The install plan is locked: room-by-room sequencing, crew schedule, day-of-keys timing. The home is confirmed ready to receive us.

Day 01 — Receive, protect, and place the bones.

The crew protects the home, then receives every furnishing element sequenced into the home in placement order. The bones go first: rugs, large case goods, sofas, dining tables, beds, primary lighting. By end of day, the home reads as furnished but not finished.

A turnkey install is the difference between a furnished home and a finished one.

Day 02 — Layer in soft goods, lighting, and second tier.

Secondary lighting, upholstery accents, throw pillows, bedding, kitchen accessories, drapery. Art and mirrors are hung. By end of day two, the home is recognizable as the finished space the renderings showed.

Day 03 — The styling pass.

Our styling team dresses the home. Books on the shelves. Bowls and trays on the counters. Throws folded on the arms of sofas. Stems in vases, fresh from the local florist. Styling is the thousand small decisions that make a home feel inhabited rather than installed.

Day 04 (and 05) — Final pass and commissioning.

Walk-through with a senior designer. Final smart-home commissioning. Welcome package prepared. Final clean. Florals and fresh elements. For most condos, the install completes cleanly on day four.

What the buyer actually experiences.

For the homeowner, the install is opaque. They get a brief on-day-of-keys walkthrough from our senior designer, the welcome package, and the keys. What they don't get is a punch list, a delayed delivery, or a six-month tail of small unfinished things. Move-in day should feel like the home you imagined. All you should bring are your keys.
